The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine invites you to participate in the International Scientific Conference "Library. Science. Communication. Current Priorities and Future Prospects", which will take place in Kyiv, October 1–3, 2025.
Organizers of the Conference:
The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (VNLU);
The Information and Library Council of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAS of Ukraine);
The Association of Libraries of Ukraine.
The goal of the conference is to unite the efforts of researchers and practitioners in addressing pressing issues related to the development of library and information potential under modern conditions, to identify the most acute challenges in the library field and determine ways to overcome them, to present the results of relevant scientific research, and to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the activities of modern libraries.
Researchers and specialists from libraries, archives, museums, publishing houses, information departments of institutions and public organizations, representatives of state and local authorities, as well as postgraduate students are invited to participate.
Format of the conference: hybrid (offline / online).
The program will include presentations, thematic exhibitions, a plenary session, ten sections, four round tables, and a seminar.
