The state policy of open science in Ukraine is aimed at ensuring the approval of the principles of openness to scientific and educational data, providing the maximum possible access to scientists, educators, innovators, industrialists, and other interested parties to research infrastructures, publications and data, creating conditions for ensuring equal opportunities and equal access women and men in science.
