The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of Ukraine formed the Coordinating Council on Open Science (Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture "On the Formation of the Coordinating Council on Open Science" No. 720 dated 01.05.2026 year).
The Coordinating Council included representatives of the NAS of Ukraine: the head of the Working Group on Open Science of the NAS of Ukraine academician O.M. Khimich, director of the Center for Intellectual Property Research and Technology Transfer of the NAS of Ukraine Yu.M. Kapitsa. and head of the department of the Institute of Cybernetics named after V.M. Hlushkova National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Tulchynsky V.G.
